Part-Time Administrator x3 days 09:00-17:00 (with flexibility to work overtime to cover holiday) Salary – £12.50 per hour to start ASAP

Quality Drainage Company are looking for a motivated, efficient and reliable part time administrator to join our busy office to ensure the smooth running of the day. This role is suited to a team player with a “can do” attitude and the ability to multitask for this busy and varied role.

Duties will include typing letters from dictation, creating CCTV reports (you will be trained on this), answering telephone, creating invoices as well as other duties to keep the office organised.

The successful applicant must hold the following attributes:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent phone manner
• Excellent typing skills
• Excellent computer skills

To be able to liaise between customers and engineers
The flexibility with hours in order to meet the demands of the business

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard working, dedicated candidate to join our award winning company as an Assistant Drainage Engineer.

The successful applicant must hold the following attributes:

• Full clean valid UK driving licence
• Good presentable image
• Good at time keeping
• To be based in or around the Bromley area
• Able to follow instructions
• Able to work as part of team
• Be able to think on feet
• Need to be willing to work on call, out of hours rota
• CSCS card a benefit but not necessary but will have to complete and pass
• Must pass a DBS check
